[Introduction to Powder Coating Raw Materials and Various Functional Additives]

I. Optimization of spraying performance

• Inorganic leveling agent CMPD-9051 : Used by major European manufacturers (dosage 0.3~0.6%). It has inorganic conductive properties, which enable the powder to quickly and uniformly charge, effectively reducing charge accumulation and Faraday cage effect, and improving the problems of powder application difficulties and exposed powder at the corners of grooves.

• Powder fluidizer CSPD-9005 : With a dosage of only 0.1%, it can replace Evonik Alu C, improving dynamic flowability and powder weight.

II. Conductive and Functional Materials

• conductive particles ASPD-9201 : Used by major European manufacturers (at a dosage of 5-8%). Suitable for antistatic powder coatings, providing excellent charge-carrying performance.

• Information on antibacterial and antifungal silver ions: AG-TG powder - specific antibacterial and antifungal agents ZnO and Ag, and general antifungal and antimicrobial agents.

III. Protective and Flame-Retardant Raw Materials

• Rust-inhibiting pigments and fillers: Aluminum tripolyphosphate ZAP-X, ZAP-1, ZAP-2, ZAP-C . Zinc phosphate can be used in conjunction. ZNP-501 Enhance efficacy.

• Intumescent flame retardant raw material: ammonium polyphosphate powder APP-5C , APP-2424 , suitable for fire-retardant coatings.

IV. Coupling agents and dispersible close-binding schemes

• Aluminum zirconate bimetallic coupling agent (Chartsil powder): contains amino functional groups ( B-515.1/2H ) and carboxyl/hydroxyl functional groups ( C-523.2H ) .

• Titanium ester coupling agents: available in powder form ( Ti-Cat 44P , Ti-TTTK-P ) , granules ( Ti-TTTK ), and aluminum-titanium composite waxy solid ( Ti-0005 ) and other specifications.
