EVA foaming (low/high density) water-based Primer product information

Hello everyone:
For shoe materials, EVA foam (commonly known as IP or IU) is limited by its low density and lightweight properties, making it unsuitable for baking at >55℃ for 3-5 minutes. Currently, there is a lack of ideal dedicated primers on the market. However, for some higher density EVAs, our company has tested several water-based EVA primers, all of which achieve excellent 5B adhesion . The following product information is provided for your reference:
A. UNITIKA – ARROWBASE Series (Japan)
SB-1030N: Performs well when baking above 85℃, with 5B adhesion.

B. Alberdingk, Germany – U 460 VP
According to our customers' EVA foam tests, U-460 alone can achieve good adhesion.
U 460 + water-based CPO (6800W), or U 460 + water-based APO (9600W), both achieve 5B adhesion.

C. Alberdingk, Germany – U 4101
When used with water-based CPO and APO, it can achieve an adhesion strength of 5B in high-density EVA foam.
